EDITORIAL : The trade embargo has been lifted. This is the first step towards normalization, which has been my goal from the beginning. This POW/MIA thing has been a real thorn in my side. But thanks to my comrades (Senator John Kerry, Zwenig, Lucas, Albright, and a little help from the DIA and CIA) , we have managed to subvert the obvious conclusions of the SSC and paved the way for normalization.
